Mystery plant identified

In this post, I had a mystery plant in the woods. My sister guessed an immature pokeweed and Kylee guessed twinleaf. I found the same plant in the wildflower bed at work and the site's naturalist made the identification. It is Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum thalictroides).

The cohosh ID is interesting, because I mentioned my plant, which is Black Cohosh and a completely different family! My Fairy Candle is in the buttercup family and is Cimifuga racemosa. Don't know where the "cohosh" name comes from, for both, though the leaves are similar.
